Wedge with Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing

Blue Cheese-Greek Yogurt Dressing Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • the juice of 1/2 a Lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 head of iceburg lettuce, cut into four wedges
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, fourthed
