Ingredients
  1. 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  2. kosher salt
  3. black pepper
  4. garlic powder
  5. 1 cup Tabasco Wing Sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken thighs with kosher salt, black pepper, and dust lightly with garlic powder, to taste.
  3. Place in an oven safe dish (that has sides) and pour 1 cup of franks hot sauce over the thighs. Using tongs, flip thighs over a few times so that they are all evenly coated in the hot sauce.
  4. Bake in oven for 25 minutes, uncovered. Remove from oven, flip chicken thighs and place back in oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
  5. Remove and serve Immediately. Add a dash or two more of hot sauce if you dare!
Notes
  1. You can also use Frank's Original Hot Sauce with this recipe. I have used both; however, I have found that since the Tabasco Wing Sauce is thicker, it bakes better and doesn't get watery while cooking.
